Change to File Store Settings not working
Great software by the way!
I've updated the names of the upload file folder and download file folder in the File Store Settings page.
However, these changes only seem to work for power users and admins.
All other users who are not in the above groups, still see the original names (Mydocuments and downloads).
Anything i can do to sort this out?
The values you enter in the File Store settings will still display as Mydocuments and downloads regardless of the the values you enter as they are mapped that way. What you are looking for could be incorporated in a future release. Could you please elaborate on what you want to change them to and why so we can get a better understanding.
Let' say you have clients that you give access to web file transfer.
On login you would want them to see 2 folders, one called Files from (OurCompanNname) and files for (OurCompanNname).
